About the Opportunity Secure Corp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a few casual experienced retail security officers to join our team in South Australia to join some of our major retail sites! Duties and Responsibilities As part of our team, you will have the chance to: Deliver exceptional security and customer service Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support Assess and address potential risks Manage access control Write incident reports and maintain data logs Key Selection Criteria We’re looking for candidates who: Hold a current SA Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification Must be well-presented with strong customer service and communication skills Previous corporate or retail security experience an advantage but not essential Must have a driver's license Must be confident with computers — Microsoft Office, CCTV systems, access control and basic fire panel/fire indicator system awareness (training provided where required) Role involves internal and external patrols across multiple floors, stairwells and plant areas — must be physically fit and comfortable with heights Strong initiative required — able to make decisions on the spot and support senior staff when needed Reliability, punctuality, integrity and a positive attitude are essential 24/7 availability preferred — day shift, night shift and weekends Rostered Hours Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
